THE SAFETY COUNCIL OF YOUR BUSINESS UNIT ALREADY?

Each business unit has its own Safety Council. The Safety Council includes employees from all departments and locations, including employees of the construction site, KAM employees and management. During the meetings, safety policy and how safety issues can be resolved are discussed. If you know of a safety issue or an area for improvement, you can address one of the members of the safety council. You can also ask them questions, which will then be discussed. If necessary, actions are taken or advice is given to management to make the working environment even safer.
