HAVE YOU ALREADY DONE AN ​​(PERFORMANCE) EVALUATION THIS QUARTER?

During a project many things go well, but sometimes things also go wrong. Evaluation is learning. That is why it is important that we evaluate tenders and calculations on outcome and process. We evaluate projects in terms of design, implementation, construction and safety. After completion of the project, we do a combined tender/calculation versus implementation evaluation. This teaches us what we should do differently in the next project, or what we should especially keep doing. For larger projects, it is wise to carry out regular interim evaluations.
