HAVE YOU PERFORMED/ATTENDED THE (UN)PLANNED INSPECTION AND/OR OBSERVATION ROUNDS?

To keep the workplace safe, we regularly carry out inspections and observation rounds. During an inspection we check whether safety measures have been applied and during observation rounds we pay particular attention to attitude and behaviour. For some employees, such as executors, project leaders, board members and work planners, a minimum number of inspections and observation rounds is required. See Our Plan for this. Did you know that you make an important contribution when you walk along with your colleague? That way we learn even more from each other. If things are not in order, they will be noted and resolved as soon as possible. In this way we keep the workplace safe and we as a company can learn what can be done better.
