DO YOU REMEMBER WHAT THE LAST SAFETY ALERT WAS?

Following a (serious) incident, employees for whom this is relevant receive a Safety Alert. The incident could be a serious or even fatal accident, or a situation where it almost went wrong. Safety Alerts are sent from KAM to remind employees once again what risks work entails and what measures must be taken to limit these risks.
